My travels have taken me far and wide. From the beaches of the Maldives, to the jungles of the Amazon river, to the streets of NY and Copenhagen, to the volcanoes of Guatemala, to the desert dunes of Namibia, to the ports of the Black Sea. NO Journey has proved more important than the one I am taking inside my heart and soul with my God one step and one day at a time. For this I am grateful and willing.

I am 36 years old. Am in recovery living a clean and sober life. I am blessed daily with opportunities to grow from my Higher Power. Some days those blessings are obvious and some days I struggle to see past the haze of my own self will and past.

Agitation is one of the side effects. It takes a couple days to kick in. Right now it seems to be having the opposite effect

I know a number of people who had side-effects they didn't like at all. Many stopped using it.
